Terry Minton

Terry Minton came to Dalton in 1985 with a background in construction and assumed the position of president in 1988. He eventually became its sole proprietor in 1999. During his nearly 30 years at Dalton, Minton has continued the firm’s success building on a reputation for working closely with its clients to get the job done right…the first time. In fact, the majority of Dalton’s business comes from satisfied repeat clientele. Minton has assembled a staff of professional, qualified employees who deliver value to its customers through excellent customer service. It is the goal of the Dalton team to be the best at what they do and, under his guidance, the firm has consistently been a leader in its service areas.

Jared Minton
Operations Manager

Jared Minton represents the next generation of Dalton having literally grown up in the business. Following a number of years of summer employment gaining hands-on experience, Minton joined the company full-time in 2002 as an estimator. In 2005, Minton assumed the role of managing field operations. Minton remains the primary point-of-contact for our customers to ensure that project demands are met and that Dalton continues to provide a high level of quality and service.

Dain Stall
Senior Estimator

Dain Stall came to Dalton in 1989 with a background in the waterproofing and joint sealing industry. During his nearly 25 years at Dalton, Stall has continued to build on that foundation and has been involved in some of the most notable projects in the area. Stall is currently responsible for estimating and project management duties in the Dayton and Columbus, Ohio markets

Ken Crouse

Ken Crouse joined Dalton in 2007 following over a 20-year career in the precast concrete industry. During that time, Crouse gained experience in all aspects of the industry, including engineering, estimating, and project management. Ken currently is responsible for estimating and project management duties in the southern Ohio and Kentucky markets.
